The ideal base for your vacation in Mens, capital of the Trièves, a region of Magic Mountains located between the Vercors, the Dévoluy and the Ecrins. This cottage of 50m2 (530 SqFt) was converted and fully renovated from an old barn in 2007. It offers guests a quality location for up to 5 people. 

We will be happy to receive you in this green oasis where you will find comfort, relaxation and conviviality. The cottage is located at the exit of Mens, 1 km from the town center, on the D66, see => Our cottage location.

We speak French, English and a little German, plus Flemish and Italian in my wife’s case, and Spanish and Russian in mine.

You will find in the cottage numerous brochures and some videos detailing activities available in the Trièves & Matheysine regions.

DESCRIPTION

Ground floor:

- Small lounge/dining room with TV-DVD combi-player, CD player and quality sofa(bed) for 2 people. A free internet plug is also available.

- Corner kitchen, with gas cooker (4 burners), microwave-oven with grill, small fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer.

- Bathroom/WC with shower.

First floor
New and comfortable kingsize double bed (1m60 wide), 1 single bed, and a child’s cot.

Panoramic view

There is parking space, a private garden with hammocks, garden furniture and a barbecue. A gate with remote control provides security for young children.

This charming rental is located just 1 km from the center of Mens, capital of Trièves, where you can find all necessary shops and services (see: Mens in Trièves)

FEES

During school holidays, weekly rentals only

First half of August : 420 euros per week

July and second half of August: 365 euros per week

June, September and other school holidays (All Saints, Christmas, Winter half-term, Easter): 300 euros per week

May and October : 270 euros per week

Out of season: 250 euros per week

For rentals longer than one week, we offer for the entire stay, a reduction of:

10% for 3 weeks, 15% for 4 weeks, 5 weeks for 20% and beyond.

Outside of school holidays, rentals must be for a minimum of 2 nights.

June, September 6 nights: 290€, 5 nights: 250€, 4 nights: 210€, 3 nights: 165€, 2 nights: 125€

Out of season: 6 nights: 220€, 5 nights: 200€, 4 nights: 175€, 3 nights: 155€, 2 nights: 115€

Sheet renting (optional): 10 euros

Deposit: 250 euros

Tourist tax: 0.80 Euros per person per night, 0.50 per child under 10, free under 4 years.
